Terms of Service

GearboxOS is a B2B SaaS platform built specifically for collision repair body shops. By accessing or using GearboxOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

GearboxOS is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on your selected plan. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@gearboxos.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are provided.

By providing your phone number during onboarding, you consent to receive daily AutoPilot intelligence briefs and operational alerts via SMS from GearboxOS. Message frequency varies based on shop activity and alert settings, typically 1–3 messages per day.

You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS communications. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier.

GearboxOS complies with all applicable TCPA and CTIA guidelines for business-to-business messaging.

You agree not to:

• Use GearboxOS for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of GearboxOS
• Share login credentials across unauthorized users or locations
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

GearboxOS integrates with third-party systems including CCC One to provide shop intelligence. You are responsible for maintaining valid licenses and access credentials for any integrated third-party services.

You retain ownership of your business data. GearboxOS processes your data solely to provide the services described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GearboxOS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to GearboxOS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of GearboxOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
